Creative Economy Data & Directory Platform

A web application for managing creative-economy businesses, products, supporting documents, and events. Administrators review data before it appears in the public directory. Management can access dashboards and reports.

PROBLEM

Forms, physical documents, and spreadsheet recaps left business and product records spread across several places. Updates were difficult to track, searches took time, and reports required repeated consolidation.

Administrators, creative-economy businesses, and management receive menus suited to their roles.

Profiles, products, and documents are reviewed before their data can appear in the public portal.

Products can be searched and filtered by subsector, business, region, and price range.

Administrators manage events while the system prevents duplicate registrations.

Business, product, and event data can be filtered for monitoring and recaps.

IMPLEMENTATION

The Laravel application provides separate areas for administrators, creative-economy businesses, and management. Businesses can register profiles, products, documents, and event participation. Administrators review and approve the records. Management can use dashboards and filtered reports. Only approved data appears in the public product directory.
