Maternal & Child Health Records Portal
A web application for managing maternal and child health records. Its features cover child profiles, visits, growth, immunizations, follow-up schedules, KIA documents, dashboards, and reports.

PROBLEM
A child’s record includes identity details, visits, measurements, immunizations, follow-up schedules, and supporting documents. Staff need easy access to the full history, but health documents must not be available to every user.

IMPLEMENTATION
The application was built with Laravel and provides separate areas for administrators, staff, management, and parents or guardians. Visits, growth records, immunizations, follow-up schedules, and KIA documents are stored under each child profile. Documents remain private and only appear in the guardian portal after verification. The application also provides dashboards, audit logs, period reports, print history, and PDF files.

RESULT
Staff can record and review care history from the child profile. Management can access dashboards and reports. Parents or guardians can only view their child’s information and verified documents.
