PROBLEM

When visit records are scattered across different places, officers cannot easily see who is on site, when someone entered or left, or which records need follow-up. The workflow also involves several roles, so not everyone should see or change the same data.

MAIN FEATURES

  1. 01

    Four role-specific workspaces

Administrators, unit heads, officers, and visitors each see the menus and tasks relevant to them.

  2. 02

    QR-based check-in

Officers can scan a visitor code or enter it manually when a camera is unavailable.

  3. 03

    Visit history

Check-in time, check-out time, group details, and status are stored as records that can be reviewed.

  4. 04

    Operational dashboard

Account summaries, visit totals, blocked records, and daily charts are available on one page.

  5. 05

    Account and schedule management

Administrators can manage officer and visitor accounts, status, and operating schedules.

  6. 06

    Portable reports

Visit records can be filtered by date and exported to PDF.

IMPLEMENTATION

The application provides separate workspaces for administrators, unit heads, officers, and visitors. Visitors receive a QR code and visit history. Officers use the code to record check-ins, check-outs, and the status of individuals or groups. Administrators manage accounts and schedules, while unit heads monitor dashboards and reports. Visit records can be filtered by date and exported to PDF.

RESULT

The application brings the visit flow together: visitors prepare their visits, staff record arrivals and departures with QR codes, and managers see daily summaries. Visitor and group statuses remain linked to the visit history.
