Multi-Role Blood Donor Information System
A Flutter application for managing blood stock, incoming and outgoing transactions, requests, donor events, attendance, donation history, critical-stock warnings, and reports. Access is separated for administrators, management, staff, and volunteers.

PROBLEM
Blood donation management involves records that affect one another. Volunteer attendance connects to donation results, donation results increase stock, and requests or distribution reduce it. Users with different responsibilities should not see or change the same data.

IMPLEMENTATION
The application was built with Flutter, Firebase Authentication, and Cloud Firestore. Administrators, management, staff, and volunteers have different interfaces and permissions. Inventory is recorded by blood type and WB, PRC, TC, and FFP components. Stock updates, request approvals, and donor results use database transactions and checks that prevent the same request from being recorded twice. The application also provides donor events, volunteer verification, dashboards, charts, and PDF reports.

RESULT
Administrators and staff can manage stock, transactions, requests, and donor events according to their permissions. Management can view dashboards and reports. Volunteers can access schedules and their donation history. Critical-stock indicators show which components need review.
